So far, it was okay.

I like how organized the rooms and the facilities.

It was always difficult for me to open the room using the number as the code. Maybe better to use a card next time. Also, the bed makes a disturbing sound when someone moves.

I thought the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable.

The name "Backpacker Hostel," is not actually the name of the hostel that is shown outside which I found quite misleading. The actual name of the hostel is TW Hostel, which is helpful to know when looking for the hostel! The location is also right next to a night market so it was a little noisy at night, but a good location if you are looking to go out and about.

Convenient and well located.

Service is great, they accommodated a late night check-in by sending me the info for a self-check-in. The location is great in Ximen and close to the main station. The bathroom installations are new. There's a kitchenette with a fridge and hot/cold water dispensers available. You can lock the whole capsule which is really convenient but there's also a separate locker. There's additional power plugs in the walls around the capsules.

The capsules are a bit noisy. When anyone moves you can hear the fiberglass creak.
